Miami, FL - Singer La India will soon be sharing her characteristic swing with audiences when she takes center stage again with her new studio album. While fine tuning the details of her much awaited come back, she settles in with her new recording label family, Top Stop Music.
A successful musical career that has spanned well over the 20 year mark has firmly positioned La India as one of the most important internationally acclaimed female salsa performers of our generation and has entitled her to be recognized as the one and only “Princesa de la Salsa” (Salsa Princess). She has earned numerous prestigious awards and accolades including the GRAMMY® and the Latin GRAMMY® for her brilliant musical releases, and has recorded with some of salsa music’s most celebrated performers including Tito Nieves, Marc Anthony y Oscar D´León.
The performer of hits like “Sedúceme” is busy adding the finishing touches to her upcoming release, which promises to bring a completely reinvented India, after a three year absence from the recording studios.
Top Stop Music is presided by entrepreneur Gregory E. Elias, and Sergio George, with whom La India had previously collaborated on the various successful projects, including her 1994 album “Dicen que soy”.
