Luis Enrique goes after the coveted GRAMMY®™

06 Dec 2009

Miami, FL - After only two days of having been nominated for the “Premio Lo Nuestro 2010” awards, salsa star Luis Enrique adds yet another important nomination to his career, this time it is the coveted GRAMMY® in 2010.

“The Salsa Prince” is listed in category 59 of the awards, better known as “Best Latin Tropical Album”, where he competes with his popular release “Ciclos”, produced by Sergio George, under the Top Stop Music label.

“This nomination is an important recognition for both Luis Enrique and the creative team that made this project possible”, expressed the album’s producer and president of Top Stop Music. This new honor undoubtedly places him as one of the most important and successful tropical artists of 2009, having also been awarded the Latin GRAMMY® for “Best Salsa Album” in that year.

The official ceremony for the fifty-second annual GRAMMY® awards conducted by the American Recording Academy will take place on January 31st at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and will be broadcasted live on the CBS network.
