Miami, Florida - With eight nominations, Latin music’s hottest new star, Prince Royce, is the artist with the most 2011 Premios Juventud nominations, including: Voice of the Moment, My Favorite Video (for “Corazón Sin Cara”), The Super Tour (for “Stand By Me Tour 2011”), The Most Infectious Song (for “Corazón Sin Cara”), Best Love Song (for “Corazón Sin Cara”), My Ringtone (for “Corazón Sin Cara”), Social Network Communicator and My Tropical Artist.

The eighth annual Premios Juventud Awards will be broadcast live on Univision on July 21, 2011 starting at 7pm. Fans can vote for their favorite artists by visiting http://musica.univision.com/premios-juventud/vota/ before June 2nd.

The phenomenal success of Prince Royce is unprecedented in the Latin music industry. Last month, fifty-eight weeks after its release, Prince Royce’s self-titled debut album became the #1 album in the country marking an unprecedented achievement for a developing Latin artist.

Not only has his album been certified Double Platinum in the United States and Puerto Rico, but the 22 year old recently had the #1 song in the country with second single “Corazón Sin Cara” (written by the artist himself).
