1) What is Free Shipping?

Your order of any TSM product includes free standard shipping within the USA (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam). Once your order is received and processed, you should receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days.

2) What is USPS Priority Box shipping?

You have the option to receive your product within approximately 3 to 5 business days for US shipments (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam). There is an extra charge for this rush shipping as noted in the shipping rates selector. Select the “USPS Priority Box” option from the available shipping methods. If this option is not displayed then rush shipping is not available to your shipping location.

3) What if I live outside of the Continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam?

Please note that an additional $9.99 shipping charge per unit will be added to orders shipped outside of the USA and certain territories, due to international shipping costs.

4) I have yet to receive my product? What do I do?
